I absolutely loved this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of London near Piccadilly Circus, surrounded by all the vibrant attractions. The service was exceptional, with staff always ready to help with any request. The dining experience offered stunning views over London, although the lack of hot dishes was a downside. The rooms, although cozy with a double bed, were slightly dim due to the small slit window that didn't open, but they still provided lovely views of the city.
